It's about attractions and activities of all kinds - for adults and children, for the well-heeled and spa enthusiasts, lovers of history and culture, those with a love of food in their blood and also those looking for non-stop parties - in Thailand, everything and in abundance.
One of the most favorite types of attractions for both Thais and tourists is the water parks, and if you think about it, it's not a big surprise thanks to the tropical weather, which is characterized for a large part of the year by high temperatures and crazy humidity percentages. So, what's more perfect on a day like this than wading in a cool pool with family and friends?
One of the recommended places in this regard is the Ramayana Water Park which offers an enjoyable stay, whether you come with friends or spouses or whether you have small children with you. In the water park you will find plenty of facilities for the whole family to enjoy, including those that are especially suitable for the little ones in the group and accordingly, also those reserved for thrill and adrenaline lovers.
The park itself is located approximately 15 km from the city center and is considered one of the largest of its kind in the world (!) with no less than 50 different facilities and attractions spanning approximately 18 dunams. A little less crowded with tourists, or alternatively - equip yourself with patience (and water).
Among other things, you will find in the park area a wave pool, scary water slides (for example, one that is in complete darkness and one that sounds like a free fall), a nice tubing track and much more. And also the ruins of an "ancient" city (man-made) where various activities are carried out and a natural lake which is a great spot for a lunch break or just a light rest away from the hustle and bustle around the amusement facilities.
Although many facilities are for adults or have a height limit below which you cannot climb the facility, the park has a great solution to this situation in the form of a special complex for small children. In the children's complex you will find facilities (those reminiscent of a "normal" playground), a shallow and pleasant children's pool, water fountains, water cannons and also small cars. Even parents of especially tiny children will find something to enjoy - rumors say that there are facilities suitable even for six-month-old babies!
