The airport is 140 km southeast of Bangkok and a 45-minute drive from Pattaya itself.

Buses that leave for Pattaya between 04:30 and 22:00 are located at the Morchit bus terminal in the north, while buses leave for Pattaya from the Sai Tai bus terminal in the south between the hours of 08:00 in the morning and 16:00 (relatively less frequent).
