The Water World Aquarium in Bangkok, or as it was called in the past - "Siam's Water World", is a crazy and unforgettable experience for the whole family. This is the largest aquarium in East Asia, so it's definitely a place you don't want to miss. The complex contains a huge selection of rare and unusual marine animals. The creatures vary in size, shape and color and most of them you will likely see for the first time (and maybe the last). From beautiful corals to terrifying sharks - you can see them all up close! In addition, besides watching the spectacular underwater sights, the place also offers a variety of fun activities such as feeding the animals, interactive games and more.
What's inside - The complex is divided into many wings, according to the marine environment and the creatures that inhabit it.
In the rocky wing, for example, you can see giant octopuses playing hide-and-seek with the spectators and crab spiders (yes, there is such a creature) which are considered the delicacy of kings here.
In the colorful coral reef are the most beautiful and special fish. Among others - striped bat fish, butterfly fish, clown fish (the orange fish from the movie Finding Nemo), lion fish, scorpion fish, eels, saw fish and more.
There is a wing dedicated entirely to the seahorse kingdom and their types and a wing to bottom dwellers such as starfish and crabs.
In the tropical wing, you can also see special amphibians such as frogs, snakes, water lizards, sea turtles and otters.
Just like in the North Pole, there is a department of cute penguins that you can play with and even feed.
The lovers of extremes will be happy to find out that there is also an extensive department of sharks, with many species, of different sizes, of the star of horror movies.
