The nearest airport to the resort is Chiang Mai International Airport and it is about a 15-minute drive from the place. You can reach the hotel using its paid shuttle services from the airport to the accommodation and back and also travel by the accessible public transportation in the city from where the local shuttles will pick you up. For those arriving by private car, there is free secure private parking in the parking lot of the place and without the need for a reservation in advance, and there is also parking for the disabled.
