Mercy Hostel

The hostel is a 5-minute walk from the Chiang Rai Clock Tower and a similar distance from the old bus station. You will have to walk 10 minutes to Wat Phra Singh. The Saturday Night Chiang Rai Pedestrian Walk is a similar distance away as is the King Mangrai Statue. Singha Park is located about 10 km away, while to Wat Rong Kahun - the White Temple you will have to travel 11 km. You will reach Chiang Rai International Airport in half an hour's drive.

Marsi Hostel offers two types of accommodation: in private rooms or in dormitories. There are mixed shared rooms as well as those for women only. All rooms are air-conditioned and in the dorm rooms you will get a bed with linens and a curtain for privacy. There is a socket by the bed, towels and also access to shared bathrooms. The private rooms are bright and have a TV with international channels, an electric kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. Some private rooms also have balconies and private bathrooms. Wireless internet is available to all guests.

During your stay at the hostel you can enjoy a small swimming pool in the yard, a nice environment where you can rest and relax. You can also work out in the gym, which offers several different machines.

You also have a shared lounge with seating areas, a computer for guests to use, a pool table and dining tables. There is also a kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes and cutlery that guests can use freely. Unlimited water can be filled.

The reception at Mercy Hostel is always there for you, at any hour of the day. At the tourist office you will get all the information about the area and they will help you sign up for tours and various activities. You can also purchase tickets for tourist sites and public transportation there.
